In terms of the policy of the company, EA told Eurogamer that FUT's Lootboxes "are an element that of FIFA 23 Coins that players enjoy," and that "giving players the option to spend when they wish to will be fair." The company has no plans to change its policy in the direction of "surprise mechanics" until laws are passed that require it to. This doesn't make the situation any better however it is worth noting that due to some of these laws, you can currently set weekly limits on FIFA points spent and pack that are opened within Ultimate Team, and see the likelihood of getting an extremely rated player prior to opening the pack. FIFA 23 also features time-limited Preview Packs that let you see what's inside a pack prior to deciding to purchase it, however it's currently only available for one card that is refreshed once per day.
FIFA 23 is a rousing finale to the series (under the current title at the very least) with a definite emphasis on the theatrical. FUT Moments Action Replays, as well as viral-friendly game-play tweaks such as Power Shots make it a more thoughtful, memorable game of football simulation with deliberate defense and lots of action and goals. However, the EA's Spartan approach to modes that aren't making money guarantees FIFA 23 is an all-too-familiar version of the previous editions, and Ultimate Team's aggressive focus on microtransactions is taking most of the enjoyment out of the game.
FIFA 23 is available worldwide as well EA Sports are continuing to offer content for the new game, which includes the new version of Marquee Matchups on October 6th, 2022.
EA Sports updates their pool of Marquee Matchups every Thursday, and buy FUT 23 Coins this week is the same. The pool includes Premier League games included, including Liverpool's match against Arsenal included in this week's lineup as well as matches from Serie A, the Bundesliga, as well as La Liga, although there are none of Real Madrid and no Barcelona!
